We stock some items in our studio for private showings, special events and other unique gallery activities which are Ready to Ship when you make your purchase.
For other works, the time it takes before shipping your selection depends on available stock or how long it will take to custom make it just for you.
Each of our works are individually hand made. They are completely UNIQUE signature-made items that have not been mass produced or distributed.
The artwork on each piece is printed by partnering with a professional printing house which offers top grade, quality fabrics with eco-friendly fabric printing.
The actual shipping time it takes to receive your purchase is contingent on the time it takes for each step in the process.
The actual time needed can vary by individual product type and the special resources needed to complete the custom-made process.
Our “hand made on demand” production reduces the environmental waste created by cheap or low-quality over-production of other commercial, mass production, or big box operations. It also gives you a completely unique and personal piece of art that is designed for comfort, functionality and originality.
And, it guarantees that you receive a limited edition artwork. We want you to be completely delighted with your new art piece.
We don’t like returns any more than you do. We do our absolute best to insure you receive a beautiful, handcrafted item that you’ll absolutely love and adore. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us right away so we can work with you to correct it. We want you to love your new art work so it can become your favorite piece.
Purchases that are Made to Order, personalized, or custom crafted are NON-REFUNDABLE because they have been made especially for you with an expenditure of costs for materials and labor on your behalf unless the product arrives damaged.

Refundable items include any Ready-to-Ship items that were not on sale.
To complete a Ready-to-Ship return, please contact us so we may work with you. We require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the merchandise within 7 days. After 7 days all purchases are final.
Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you that we received your returned item along with an approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds
You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund on a returned item, the cost of shipping is deducted from your refund.
Many people don’t always think about what expenses are involved in the products they purchase.Be mindful of who or where you make purchases so that you are not unintentionally supporting unethical or illegal trade companies that may unethically manufacture copyrighted fakes or hire through slave traded immigrant brokers. These types of questionable operations account for a high percentage of the “cheap” and undercut pricing on many items bought and sold everyday within the worldwide marketplace.
In these cases, not only are you receiving substandard goods, merchandise that may contain harmful contaminates, but, may also have been made by enslaved prisoners of immigration traders at little to no wages at all. We recognize such practices exist more widespread than we want to believe, do not condone, and, are appalled at these types of tactics.
We acknowledge that isn’t the case with ALL nominally priced goods around the world but we do understand how the lowest of wages on mass produced goods also undercuts rates of many domestically manufactured items which also perpetuates the cycle of poverty in all countries around the world.

In order to offer the best products at the best prices, we also work with other professional production facilities that have specialized equipment and technical skill sets to print fabric and create certain items. These partners are better equipped which grants us huge savings and costs in creating our fashions and accessories.
For any work that is done outside of our own studio, we only work with legitimate production partners that are professional, and, who respect the rights and safety of their employees.
Our favorite production partners also support their artisans with opportunities for education and vocational training so they may further their careers and improve their family’s life for generations to come.
Because we aren’t a “big box” or “mass manufacturing” company, we aren’t able to purchase materials in the huge volumes that afford the big price breaks on their supplies which “massively” lowers their costs of manufacturing. But it also floods the market with tens or even hundreds of thousands of cheap, overly-produced articles of lesser quality that eventually ends up in thrift stores before hitting the landfills.
All of our works start with an original artwork. Then, they're fitted for each piece and digitally printed with eco-friendly processes. Finally, they're finished with attention to detail.

We source natural, recycled, organic, or eco-friendly materials where possible for all our products. Therefore, we make the smallest footprint on the environment every way we can.
We only use sources that practice fair trade principles. As a result, workers are paid fairly, have sound working conditions, and are treated with respect and human dignity.
