We stock some items in our studio for private showings, special events and other unique gallery activities which are Ready to Ship when you make your purchase.
For other works, the time it takes before shipping your selection depends on available stock or how long it will take to custom make it just for you.
Each of our works are individually hand made. They are completely UNIQUE signature-made items that have not been mass produced or distributed.
The artwork on each piece is printed by partnering with a professional printing house which offers top grade, quality fabrics with eco-friendly fabric printing.
The actual shipping time it takes to receive your purchase is contingent on the time it takes for each step in the process.
The actual time needed can vary by individual product type and the special resources needed to complete the custom-made process.
Our “hand made on demand” production reduces the environmental waste created by cheap or low-quality over-production of other commercial, mass production, or big box operations. It also gives you a completely unique and personal piece of art that is designed for comfort, functionality and originality.
And, it guarantees that you receive a limited edition artwork. We want you to be completely delighted with your new art piece.

RETURNS
We don’t like returns any more than you do. We do our absolute best to insure you receive a beautiful, handcrafted item that you’ll absolutely love and adore. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us right away so we can work with you to correct it. We want you to love your new art work so it can become your favorite piece.
Purchases that are Made to Order, personalized, or custom crafted are NON-REFUNDABLE because they have been made especially for you with an expenditure of costs for materials and labor on your behalf unless the product arrives damaged.
- If an item is damaged by the shipping carrier please contact the carrier to arrange for payment of a new item.
Additional NON-REFUNDABLE items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Ready-to-Ship items that have been used, altered, laundered, or worn
- All items must be in their original condition
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds
Refundable items include any Ready-to-Ship items that were not on sale.
To complete a Ready-to-Ship return, please contact us so we may work with you. We require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the merchandise within 7 days. After 7 days all purchases are final.
Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you that we received your returned item along with an approval or rejection of your refund.
- If a refund is approved, then it is processed immediately, and a credit is automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- All refunds are credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company and original payment method, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted which delays showing in your account.
- If you’ve taken each of these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us contact us so we can investigate with our payment processor.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund on a returned item, the cost of shipping is deducted from your refund.
- If you are shipping an item valued over $50, use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance. Carriers don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without it.
