Order Timeline
Our company handcrafts all products. It takes 7-28 days dependent upon the individual item, any customization, or special production of the item purchased. Each item is marked with their expected processing/shipping time based on the item type and processing involved in preparing it for you. Oftentimes, orders process quicker than anticipated but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
“Made to Order” vs. “Ready to Ship”
Check a listing carefully to know if you are ordering an item that is Ready to Ship immediately or if the product is custom made especially for you when we receive your purchase. Each product is marked with its own expected shipping timeline which is dependent on the production for that specific product type.
- All our items are custom crafted but pre-made items are Ready to Ship while Made to Order products can take 7-28 business days to be created especially for you depending on the item ordered.
- Check the Shipping tab for each product to see if it is Ready to Ship immediately or if there is a lead time for shipping. Ready to Ship items leave our studio within 24-48 hours.
- Shipping time is also stated in your cart info for each product added to your cart.

Custom Orders
We always love creating new products from scratch. Please contact us for a quote. Custom orders can have a lengthier processing time. Just ask us for details.
Custom Crafted Disclaimer
The product(s) you receive may vary slightly from the product picture such as pattern placement, the resolution or coloring of your screen/monitor, the nature of your product(s) being 100% custom crafted, or if any special customizations have been requested on your individual order.
RETURNS
We don’t like returns any more than you do. We do our absolute best to insure you receive a beautiful, handcrafted item that you’ll absolutely love and adore. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us right away so we can work with you to correct it. We want you to love your new art work so it can become your favorite piece.
Purchases that are Made to Order, personalized, or custom crafted are NON-REFUNDABLE because they have been made especially for you with an expenditure of costs for materials and labor on your behalf unless the product arrives damaged.
- If an item is damaged by the shipping carrier please contact the carrier to arrange for payment of a new item.
Additional NON-REFUNDABLE items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Ready-to-Ship items that have been used, altered, laundered, or worn
- All items must be in their original condition
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds
Refundable items include any Ready-to-Ship items that were not on sale.
To complete a Ready-to-Ship return, please contact us so we may work with you. We require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the merchandise within 7 days. After 7 days all purchases are final.
Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you that we received your returned item along with an approval or rejection of your refund.
- If a refund is approved, then it is processed immediately, and a credit is automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- All refunds are credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company and original payment method, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted which delays showing in your account.
- If you’ve taken each of these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us contact us so we can investigate with our payment processor.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund on a returned item, the cost of shipping is deducted from your refund.
- If you are shipping an item valued over $50, use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance. Carriers don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without it.
SHIPPING
We ship through USPS with standard First Class options based on weight to not only get your purchase to you as quickly as possible but also as cost-effectively as possible in order to save you money.
- First Class shipping typically takes 1-5 days to arrive once shipped which depends on your geographic location.
- A shipping notification with a tracking number is emailed to you when the item has been mailed.
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically for First Class rates OR based on the alternative shipping method you select during checkout in cases where shipping is not included free. Free shipping may apply to specific products or purchase amounts.
- To see the shipping cost on any order, add it to your cart where it will automatically be calculated based on the purchases(s) you’ve selected.
Submitting an incorrect shipping address CANNOT be changed within our purchasing system after a purchase has been made.
If you have given the wrong shipping address you must contact us immediately so we can work with you. You may be able to cancel your order and make your purchase again with the correct address.
If it has not already been started by us or our collaborating shops, a cancellation may still be possible; however, materials and labor are typically expended within 2 hours of your purchase so cancellation requests must occur immediately. Beyond that time, a cancellation is typically not an option. If the item has already been shipped, a cancellation is also not possible.
We are NOT responsible for shipped packages returned by a shipper due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
- Buyers are responsible for any additional shipping charges that occur with incorrect or incomplete addresses. These charges must be paid before a package can be re-shipped.
- If the package is returned by the shipper, provided it is still in the system and not lost, we will contact you for the correct address along with the cost of any additional shipping charges.
What are the duties and taxes?
All items are shipped from our studio in the United States to their respective buyers. If you do not live in the US, you may have to pay duties or taxes in your country. In some countries and for orders exceeding certain amounts, customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the Recipient of the parcel. This applies to retail & wholesale customers alike.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Expedited Shipping
Selecting expedited shipping options, if available, during checkout does NOT ensure a faster processing time.
It only allows for faster shipping carrier times. Ready to ship inventory still needs 1-3 days to prepare and custom made products still need 7-28 business days to be handmade dependent on the item or volume of orders during busy sales or holiday periods. Most ready to ship inventory is typically mailed within 24 hours.
